|Recommended: YesA Decent And Convenient Complex — The staff are wonderful which makes all the difference in an apartment complex. Parking is excellent and the complex is relatively quiet. While some of the apartments are on the smaller size, they are newly renovated and in wonderful condition. The property also seems to be fairly secure which is a nice upgrade from where I use to live. I got this apartment while in a rush to move and am happy with what I was able to get on such short notice.

|Recommended: YesGreat And Friendly Community — The community is very friendly and opening, have meet multiple people in the month I've been living here The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions or issues that may have occurred as well as the maintenance staff being very informative and responsive. I love how dog friendly the area is and the location honestly cannot be beat

|Recommended: YesSurprisingly Great — Recently moved in to Abbotts Run Apartments Wilmington NC. I have found that the community management and staff have been professional and friendly. The residents have been friendly and respectful. The kitchen has been updated. The bathroom needs updating. Parking has not yet been a problem.

|Recommended: YesGreat, Convenient And Affordable Place To Live In Wilmington — The location is great, honestly everything about the property is pretty great The only issue I have is how easy it is to be able to hear your neighbors, especially if they're in to loud music.

|Recommended: YesSo Far So Good — I rented this apartment without seeing it in person, it was in the right price range and it seemed ok. It is very tiny but ok. Do not expect luxury, my apartment does not have a balcony, fireplace or anything extra to write home to mom about. I think the price is a little high for how small it is but hey your at the beach or within driving distance to it. Neighbors are nice and not a ton of noise. Tons of shopping centers around and food places. So for the next year, it will do. Grounds are clean and the staff is super friendly. The plus for me is it is only five minutes from my job. It is also dog friendly which is a big plus.
